Intro

Yassine Ben Abdallah is a designer & artist based between La Réunion and The Netherlands. His work focuses on unearthing the unheard stories of our time. His research-based practice raises societal questions around issues of heritage, cultural identity, and belonging. More specifically, he addresses the historical and contemporary afterlife of the colonial wounds in postcolonial societies. Yassine tells and gives shape to personal and collective stories through objects, installations, writings, and performances.
